All right, you asked for the best, and you get me. Wait...
Name: Seth Gaueko
Occupation: Criminoligist/Forensic Expert
Appearence: 6'3"1/2 195lb Fairly gaunt, pale face, straight, perfectly ordered black hair in a bowl cut, copper eyes, wears glasses for close-up, replaces with Oakley shades most of the rest of the time, often wears black, olive green, or a shirt with some fanciful design on it, and always black pants, a cargo vest, and boots.
Past: A good student overall, Seth was always an outcast. He held a certain amount of contempt for people in general, even the people he considered his friends. He prefered the solace of his room, shut off by his music and his crime novles. Even though he had loving parents who never laid a hand on him, he insisted that he go out of state to college. He tested very well, and became accepted to Georgetown before his Junior year of high school. For the first time in his life, he was ecstatic. He immediately graduated early, and left the Suburbs of Chicago for the Georgetown campus. Seth graduated with honors with a double major in Criminology and English Literature, a hobby of his at the time being short story writing. He had a Masters in Criminology before his twentieth birthday, also from Georgetown. Seth caught the eye of the DCPD's Homicide Division, and was hired. That was 6 years ago, as he is 28 now. His most recent case has been rather prestiegous; investigating the murder of the president's son comes with plenty of perks. He doesn't care for attention, and is devoted only to finding the perpatrator before they inevitably cross state lines and he loses jurisdiction to the FBI.
Strengths: Single minded, excellent analyst of the human mind
Weaknesses: Single minded, sometimes misses obvious things at the behest of minutae, seen as unfriendly to some, tends to be abrasive at best
Other: Studies conspiracies and Aikido; when not working copious amounts of overtime, moonlights as the drummer and songwriter of alternative band The Wretched
