Game: unity
Faith: Barnabas
There has been a great deal of whining by some guilds because they have been attacked by unguilded realms and players. They claim to be enjoying the game less as a result. Well of course! Many people have the perception that they have to be big & strong in order to enjoy this game. And when they can't be the biggest meanest kid on the block, they think they are losing & start acting like spoiled brats. Many have no idea how to be small yet be able to hurt an enemy. They have no idea that making a realm waste turns on them instead of building or getting ready to attack is a victory. Most people lack the imagination to step back & play the game in a manner that is not the standard way. As a result of all the whining done, there are now restrictions placed on unguilded realms.
Flying Head Hunters was brought back into existance in order to give select Barnabas realms a Guild home to plan the death or at least the total annoyance of all Heathens. It was also created to get around the restrictions placed on unguilded realms.
As a result, members of FHH play the game differently. We are quite happy building. Something that the game at this time seems to frown upon. After all, the build rates have been reduced from the past.
War is necessary in a war game and this is acknowledged. When we need to, we can wage war with the best of them. Tho winning will most times be different than the definition used by rest of the Guilds in existance.
We also carry grudges. Attack us in a down hit, you can expect us to dog you the rest of the age or even beyond. Insult us, we dog you. It might appear we have stopped dogging you but all we are doing is waiting for the right time to hit you or dealing with another annoyance. To stop us dogging you, apologize to us & give compensation. You get one chance.
Another way to annoy us is to "lump" us in with another guild to make your hit seem "fairer". "Fair" does not exist in a war game. Find another reason to attack us.
Conversely, treat us with respect, we will help and co-operate with you. Regardless of Faith.
Flying Head Hunters is not a role playing guild at all. Done expect it at all. As a matter of fact, expect silence more than anything.
Secondary Purpose:
Give everybody the ability to know where to find us while we are killing heathens.
This means we will not be land or networth whores. Many a guild will covet large amounts of land and will attack us to get it. This usually interfers with our plans to annoy somebody. The idea is to have enough land to attack most realms in a guild & reduce them to the level where anybody can kill them. The ultimate goal is to gather a reputation of "Don't piss off Flying Head Hunters. It is not worth the result."

Every so often there will be a rank evaluation. That is, the GM carefully considers the condust of each member and what they have done in support of the guild and it's advancement. Rank will be given according to actions in the Guild's wars.
Asking to be promoted is a very bad idea. This will mean you will not be considered for a period of time.
