It was the coldest day of winter, it seemed as if the sun would fall from the sky so weakened by the chill. The people had prayed for weeks though it seemed as if it were years. They had almost exhausted their stores of food and supplies.. chaos and war would erupt at any minute. In that land they had a Queen, who wept for her people, she knew they would not hold out forever. It seemed as if the Raven of Winter had indeed fed on the world to keep the Spring from returning. There was only one thing she could do. Die.
She announced her heir, a young girl from the village. Those who did not know the young girl were outraged, a commoner would lead them through the famine of winter? The ones who did know her knew that she was of pure heart and wisdom beyond her years. After naming her successor the Queen vanished from the lands of men.
A small boat her conveyance into the travels she must undertake to atone for the unnamed sins of her people. And herself. She took with her only a few provisions and a sword. It was the last anyone saw of the Queen. Soon after her departure though, the birds began to return, and with them, the snows melted.. grass became green and the trees and flowers began to awaken once more from the cold slumber. She gave her life to the Goddess to save her people. And so her story lives on and is remembered each year at the shortest day of the year. In Winter.. a rememberance of a sacrifice made to bring Spring to her people.

There isn't a history yet, it's only just begun.
Basically the rules are the same as the ones posted for the game. Read them, know them, live them. The idea behind this guild is to have fun while taking over the world. No harsh words, every member is expected to help new players to learn the strategies, the rules and how to do things they may not understand. Anyone found flaming the newbies will be dismissed from the guild. Just remember to treat other members as you would like them to treat you and we'll get along alright? Also everyone is expected to post something on the boards at least once a week. I would prefer the RolePlaying boards if at all possible. I'm not asking for Shakespeare or Hemingway, just show me what you can do.. if you need help, ask, that's what we're all here for.
You also need to follow these basic rules from Tempers Ball
1. Do not make an ass of yourself
2. Do not post bug reports on the boards, over ICQ, or in IRC, unless specifically asked to by staff.
3. Do not spam or post redundant messages.
4. Do not post kingdom numbers or kingdom names on the boards.
5. Pornography, piracy, or other illegal material is not allowed.
6. Do not post links or advertisements to hate or anti-Evernight sites. This includes racial, ethical, or sexually related sites.
7. Do not post accusations of cheating on the boards.
Rank One is the Queen/High Priestess aka the GM.
Rank Two is the High Priest or Co Priestess
Rank Three is reserved for people who show they are active everyday, whether it's helping with guild affairs, building their lands, or scouting for the rest of us and post once a week.
Rank Four is for those who are active every couple days and post once a week.
Rank Five is for those who are active once a week and post once a week.
Rank Six is for those who need to be a bit more active and post if they want to be considered actual members of the guild.
In the event that the GM would disappear, the AGM would step in after one month of no contact. After one month of the AGM the guild would have three options. 1. Keep the AGM as the new GM and elect a new AGM. 2. Have an election for both the GM and AGM positions. Or 3. Disband the guild.
