Alright, I?ve done a complete do over on all my characters. I started to find it hard to RP with some of my people because I realized that they really were not well established. I just didn?t know how they would react to certain situations and every character started to act the same.

This thread is the introductions setting up three major characters: Killian ( Strife), Tenor, and Caitriona. The story has been set up from beginning to end meaning that there shouldn?t be anything that will prevent the completions of this RP. it?s a very detailed RP and will prove to be a very exciting one as well. There is betrayle, fighting, twist, humor, and a variety of other qualities that are sure to keep you entertained.

In this RP you are free to do whatever you wish within the lands of Mullindar. You are free to carry out your own story and interact with the main characters in anyway you wish. Just remember to have fun with it!

I will give you a list of the cities where each character is located so you can RP with that characters part of the story until they all come together.

Occupation: Warrior Mage Guardian
Weapons of Choice: Long Sword and Staff

Strengths: Do to his mixed heritage Killian has very keen eyesight as well as elven dexterity. He is a master swordsman and is well trained in the arts of magic. His skills, like his charm, seem to be magic, because they never let him down.

Weakness: Strife was given the ability to naturally control the weather, however, the gods compensated for this by limiting him in the arts of magic. Spells that even the most inexperienced of mages could cast sometimes elude him. While it take no effort for him to summon great storms a spell as simple as a fireball could backfire on him if he were to lose even a little of his concentration. He will never forget the time when a simple spell of invisibility left him a floating head for six hours.

Killian also has a fear of heights and spiders.

Special Ability: Strife has the innate ability to manipulate weather. He can stimulate any form of precipitation, generate winds in varying degrees of intensity, raise or lower the humidity and temperature in his immediate vicinity, induce lightning and other electrical atmospheric phenomena, and disperse natural storms so as to create clear change.

Strengths: Do to her mixed heritage Caitriona has noticeable elven ears that give her keen hearing and is adept in the usage of magic in its many forms.

Weakness: Caitriona is physically weak and therefore is not good at physical combat. She does not have elven dexterity like her brother Killian and her temper runs short a little too often then it should getting her into all kinds of situations.

Special Ability: She is adept in many forms of magic.. She also is a Seer like her mother, although not as advanced, and therefore revives premonitions that could greatly change the outcome of any situation.

Equipment Long Bow
Class: Bard
Magic: Protective Magic and minor Offensive Spells.

Strengths: He is a rogue, but he is very different from a thief. His strength is his pleasant and charming personality. With it and his wits he makes his way though the world. He is a talented musician and a walking storehouse of gossip, tall tales, and lore. He is a jack-of-all- trades but a master of none.

He is an expert fighter and adventure whose abilities make him appear more intimidating and fearsome. His fighting style is flashy and entertaining, but is also quite deadly.

Weaknesses: Although he is skilled in fighting, he is not very strong and therefore relies on the use of his bow to strike from a distance then to get directly involved in a battle. He is arrogant at times which gets him into trouble and has to rely on his wits to get him out of many situations

Special Ability: Good at Pick Pocketing and has great agility. His most unique skill is his ability to work various magic through the use of Song. His skills as a bard are renowned because of this. His Songs have been known to do anything from cause confusion and panic in a foe to Heal and Revitalize all those near him.

I would like to join. It would be good to RP with you again Harthar. I will post a character once more background is given. If more background isn't going to come up then let me know and I will come up with something. Is it going to be the same world as a darkness within?

Heh, Harther I said nothing about YOU having to make another account or anything. I said I was starting all my people over, and I meant their history and what not. It will just be as if Killian ( strife) and Harther just met, kinda esablishing the friendship and all that.

I can't really give you any more background b/c there is none. What I've posted is the background for the characters up to the point of whats going on with them right now. From that point everything is moving forward from there. If you wish I can try to give you a little more info on some things that you may have questions about, however, at the end of the intro I've already said what kinda happens to each character, the only thing we will be RP is getting them to that point and what happenes on the way to these goals.

Strengths: Drake is a sorcerer. He excels in the use of both elemental and dimension magics. In fact, up until now, it has never been rivaled. Which is why is is so confident about it.

Weakness: He's kinda lacking in most other areas of magic, except revealing and scrying magics, which he's moderate at. He's also very confident which might make him want to go too far.

Special Ability: Can sense sources of mystical energy in the direct vicinity. Spellcasters can't hide their true faces from him. His staff has a big diamond-like gem in it with which he contacts an entity called 'Astra', who kind of functions like an encyclopedia of the world and its people.

I'm not that sure on how to enter him, or what exactly his backstory is, although I have some ideas... Maybe I'll build it up like you're doing, if you don't mind.

Nope, dont mind at all.

For all I care you guys can all be doing your own little thing until you just so happen to meet up with one of the characters. And even then you dont have to join up with them if you want. Just have fun with it! Everything that I need to get accomplished in this story will happen not matter what.

Ok, cool. I think, however, that I might use a different character though. Cause Harthar doesn't really come into the picture until Killian is full Mystic Warrior and fully trained. So I might bring in the bad guy from the first thread I was in with you Strife. And that was good ol... well mabye not so good, but it was Demon Harthar. Since I changed Harthar for the newer thread I'll just change character name. Nice to be workin with you again Kain.

OccupationDemon: To be hunted and killed, if possible... (:P)
Weapons:A sledge hammer with a long shaft and a scimitar blade at the end. Head and blade made of Mythril, shaft made of Adimantium to balance it.
Armour:None. Only wairs loose all black clothing or loose all white clothing. A half cape that flows behind the left side of his body, either black or white.
Strengths:He has demonic strength and speed, but the thing is... He only has one wing on the right side of his back. He is immortal in the sence that he will never die of old age or of poison or disease. He has some limited skill in the black arts. Is a Master of his Hammer/Staff/Sword weapon.
Weaknesses:Is not Immortal in the sense that he can't die, because he can from mortal wounds by weapons from the realm of existance he is currently in. (basically means most weapons in the world.) He doesn't like water one bit and as a result may not cross bodies of water if he thinks he will end up in the 'drink'.
Special Abilities:He is able to absorb an unlimited amount of heat/fire type magic/physical substance in a period of a few minutes each day, this replenishes his energies and dismisses his exhaustion.
History:Raliric is your typical freak show crossbreed demonic human. He is half Draconian and half Human. One of the gods thought it would be a noval joke to turn their Draconian Champion half into a Human to see how it would react. Well... it got pissed off and blew the joint... no really... He crashed that little God's play ground and is now on the run from one of the greater gods little brat child. Now he just travels around the place destroying alot of crap and generally making a huge ass of himself... oh and did I mention that half the world is his enemy? Well mabye not half, probably more because who would have a half demon for a friend, especially one who DOESN'T give up their nasty ways.

Weapon of choice: Twin Longswords of the Dragonhand family- Swords forged in ancient times passed down father to son since beyond rememberence. It is a symbol of his heritage, there is runes enscribed upon the flat of the blades, what they mean he has no idea. The swords are still as sharp and keen as the day they were wrought in the forge. There is no known record of these blades needing re-forging, or sharpening.

Strengths: Speed, and Swordsmanship. He doesn't rely so much on strength but agility, quickness and speed. He has spent nearly his entire life training with the longsword, and nothing but it. He trained long and hard for 13 years and has become one of the best. So of course he can work wonders with the weapons

Weaknesses: Not necesarrily strong, does not like to wear armour(inhibits his quickness) and probably his largest weakness is that he really cannot use anything proficiently aside from his swords, and maybe similar blades.

Special ability : Kain is a descendant from a demigod that existed in the distant past, however the blood has become thin and the only remaining power left to him is the ability to heal others, or himself. The drawback is that it fatigues him greatly and after several uses he may lose conciouseness.(note: Kain is as mortal as the next human, but he does
look young for his age)

History: Kain was put into hard training at an early age, and grew up to be an expert swordsman. One of the best in the land, he hired out his services as a mercanary/bodyguard. Currently he travels here and there looking for work, when he comes across Killian...

Alright,

I'm not saying this to be mean, rude, bitchy, or whatever else you want to call it...however I am not going to keep this thread on hold waiting for people to respond.

I can't keep holding off on post waiting for another person's character to respond to a conversations, action, or whatever. I will give you no more ( and maybe less ) the two days to supply a post otherwise I will simply write my actions around you and carry on with the story leaving you to catch up later if you wish.

Sorry to sound like an ass but I'm not letting this thread die for anyone.

Also, those of you who have yet to post need to get on it A.S.A.P!

Do not wait for a situation to come up where you "feel" its a good enough set up for you to get into the story. I should not have to supply you with things to be able to set up your character. You know more about your character then I do and, therefore, be able to at the very least be able to create an intro into this thread so that I at least know what kind of characters I'm dealing with, not to mention give everyone else an idea about your person.

Its been awhile since I have rped but I will give this a go if you don't mind. I am almost positive I will stick withe the story but with school I can never tell. If anything does come up where I don't have the time or will to post I will drop out gracefully.

Appearance: Saeynn's hair is curly almond that runs just above his eyebrows, trailing down the top of his ear and then down to the middle of his neck. His eyes are a deeply set auburn. The curve of his face brings an overall handsomeness to his appearance. The flesh color is light tanned. His body has a light frame with cut muscles running all along his body. He wears a relaxed fitted cloak that is made of a heavy material the color of forest green. Underneath is a short sleeve dark olive shirt that grips his body. Around his waist is a buckskin belt and scabbard for his short sword. His short sword is of normal steel with a leather handle grip. Along the center of the blade, Saeynn has painted a green stripe down both sides. He wears baggy trousers that overlap the tops of his leather soled boots. Across his back is a buckskin quiver and a wooden short bow. The short bow is low quality but suits him. He has stained the shaft with blue berry coating. Along his collar is a leather necklace with many wooden beads dyed with natural colors. Also on his left wrist there are three leather bracelets with the same, small painted bead style.

Skills: An excellent shot with his bow and a crafty swordsman.

Weakness: Not overly powerful or accustom to many cultures but his own.

Personality: He is more in tune with nature and the natural world than the advanced world. He is commonly depicted as shy, but can carry of cheerful aura with him.

Hey everyone!

Yeah, I'm still around. Going to actually post later tonight or tomorrow morning. The next post I have to do is rather long so I was trying to get it all together before posting it.

Ontop of that I've been working on my comic. Have added 2 new characters and about to start on the 4th. Just one more after that and I will have the good guys set..... but then I have to come up with 4 bad guys *sighs*
