sooooo...yeah. Back from a bit of a hiatus. I'll try to get some catch up reading and writing done asap. I feel like such a slacker when I've only posted once and I don't have enough fingers and toes to count Khavi and Joshua's posts....damn rapid rp'ers. *grins*

Anyhow, I watch Star Trek and Star Wars, so I'll probably catch a few of your references Rak...it's the gaming anime stuff that throws me. *grins* However, I've just been subjected to a week of Neon Genesis Evangelion. Cool stuff...even if it did make my head want to explode. *giggles* We'll see what kind of catching up I can do in other arenas as well.
To be true to yourself and get caught,
Or to betray who you are and remain hidden.

That is the real question.

Oooo....Star Wars, Yay!

Neon Genosis Evangalion is real good. It confused me pretty bad towards the end for a while, but that's just me.

And YES! Khavi and Joshua, you write like writers on speed. Hehe. I can hardly keep up, but of course frequent posts are great! Keep the story rolling. :D

Once I find my partner in crime for the RP I'll write a lot more too. ;)

Haha, why thank you!

It's because the school year just ended and Trig finals always make me guzzle caffeine like no tomorrow. And when I guzzle caffeine like that... my fingers itch to type really really fast. So i just keep writing... and writing, and writing... Luckily it would seem Josh is right along with me!

(And I bought Final Fantasy X for like $6 at the used game store today, but I haven't started it yet. Still have to beat Soul Calibur)

Khavi: Whatever the hell you drink/smoke/snort, please please PLEASE give some to me. I need it. I KEEP NOT BEING ABLE TO WRITE THINGS FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME! *steals Khavi's talent*

Laila and Rahlan: No shit your head explodes when you watch Evangelion. I mean, you don't HONESTLY think there are sober and completely sane people in this world that can acutally not have it completely alter their state of being.

Also to Rahlan: *laughs evily* We could do things the HARD way... *laughs evily again* *cough* I'm sure I'll have to come after you eventually, somewhere along the line, just because of who Alastor is and what you are.

Now, OFF to commit more random acts of killing things that don't necessarily deserve it.

EDIT: Which battle can't you beat, Gem?

Eee! Not my talent! I need that.

*pokes Prophet and takes talent back*

Good thing I noticed that or the IQ of my next post would've been something like 'I have a belly button!' and '....do you have feet?!'

(Ok, so I'm babysitting a two year old, your IQ just kind of purposely drops anyway)

FP caffeine is definately the secret. Though hopefully Khavi will let me in on the method of taking. I've still got three coffee beans lodged in my nose.

Gem, that battle was a toughy for me to. I must have tried it about a thousand times. Eventually it all just came down to luck.... umm.. oh yeah and having all of my Summons on limits. I just used each one against the guy, even though he killed each off after I got him, but each time I was doing a good deal of damage.

Then it was just a case of using the little thief-girly to throw everything in my inventory at him, including the kitchen sink!

I'm still stuck fighting whats-her-name in Zanarkand. I just can't kill her. I have FX-2 though and I'm kinda playing through that and occasionally going back to the first to try again.

Oh yeah.... and on Anime, FINAL FANTASY : ADVENT CHILDREN!!!! It's gonna be awesome! Even if it's simply because it's based on my fav. of all the ff's.

Anyways...... *runs off to think up a suitable response to another of Khavi's excellent posts*

I just can't keep up with the standard!
Just imagine there's something witty here for now. I'll get back to you later.

Dr. Pepper.

Lots and lots of Dr. Pepper.

With the occaisional Mountain Dew chaser.

And if you really want a charge, get one of those little cans of that Mountain Dew energy drink... I think its called Amp. I had one of those when I saw the midnight premier of Return of the King, right before it started... I was up till 6:30. It's great stuff.

Thus ends Khavi's Book of Caffeine Tricks.

What Khavi isn't telling you guys is that she's not just a caffeine freak....she also does an 8ball of coke a day.

So don't worry about not being able to keep up...I've been writing with her for a few years now...and there are time when I can't keep up either. :monkey:

I think the chick you're trying to fight is Yunalesca. Yes, a difficult battle.

---

There were probably 3 or so battles in FFX that I thought were extremely hard. For some reason, that flying dragon thing on the ship was hard for me, (forget what it was called). Then I DEFINITELY thought the battle with Seymour on the top of the Mountain by the Ronsos was really hard. The battle with his Aeon, Anima gave me some problems.

Yep. Those were my troubles.

Ok, since no one noticed. :P

I'm back. My comp had this sudden problem with accessing Evernight, so though I could surf everywhere else, I couldn't even link up with this site.

A great man, named Albert Wu, who does Tech Support for Microsoft has helped me through this problem, so I -should- be back again. I'll try to get a post in, sometime soon.

actually the "fight on the mountain with what's his face" is a bit more descriptive of the Seymore/Chariot battle. and THAT is a hard battle. You have to use Khimari to steal some ronso rages from biran and yenke... white wind and mighty guard specifically... you save his rages or give him an overdrive going into the battle and use it as often as you can. You'll get out fine. And make sure you have Holy before you go into Zanarkand.... otherwise you're freaking screwed.

*cringes* I would if I'd gotten home sooner, but I ended up being away from a computer from 9:15 am until after midnight...I'm exhausted. We'll try this promise thing for tomorrow...I should be able to do it. No one will be home to bug me...and I can do this while taking breaks from calling people for work.

Hey, everyone, hear that crunching sound? Yeah, that one like a thousand people screaming out at once.

That'd be the world ending because I actually came up with a title for our romps in Alternate Earth. Exiled Memories has to do with, in part, the fact that a handful of our characters have faulty memories or pasts they don't want to think about, and in part because of the Rebellion Aspect and the "undesireables", the mutants and so on.

Like it? Hate it? Hate me? Intelligent Commentary is appreciated.

Actually I noticed that Exiled Memories was our thread right away because the name sparked my curiousity as, "Who's thread is that? Sounds interesting..." and then when I realized that it the one we are working on, I was pleased to see that.

Great job!

Sheesh, I'd compliment the title, but you said that only intelligent commentary was appreciated. :P

I'm with Khavi. At first, I thought our thread was deleted, since I didn't see the old title up near the top. Then, like Rahlan, I read the title, and thought it was a very interesting name. Maybe you editted since everyone else looked, but I finally read the (Cyberpunk RP) after the title, and just smiled.

Very good naming. *Nods*
