Is love a fallacy?
To be or not to be
You think it is, but then it's not
What tension this has brought
A tension between mind and heart
A pity they have been torn apart
Endless failures in love
And then by surprise,
Comes a girl like a peaceful dove
She swoops you off your feet
Knocks you off your seat
You fall in love
And become once again susceptible to human emotion
Then all of a sudden, the girl disappears
Leaving you hoping that she reappears
When she doesn't, you lose your hope in reality
In conclusion, love is a fallacy.

Perhaps you should leave out the 'In conlclusion,' portion in the last line. My english teach tells us constantly that you should try to avoid things like 'I think', 'I believe', 'In conlusion' and so forth. The reason being is that of course its the conclusion because its at the end of the poem, there is no reason to state the obvious. If you think about it, it does make some sense. If your writing an opinion paper or whatever you wouldn't say 'I think...', everyone know thats what you think becuase you are the one writing it. I do like the poem though. =)
