The Safe List

When signing up for Evernight Games, you agree to make one account per household. If you have multiple players playing from the same IP address you will need to let us know.

We randomly go through recent activity specifically looking for access to the game from 1 IP and multiple usernames. If we dedect activity that looks like you are running two accounts, you may well be banned without warning.

Please use the 'Contact Us' feature to be added to the Safe List. We will require ALL usernames that will be played from the IP address and a reason. If your game accounts have been banned because you did not message us, let us know via the same contact form

Access Denied Message

Several years ago code was implimented to stop unauthorised external scripts from interacting with the game. As a side effect certain firewalls may prevent you from playing, giving you the message

"Hello, I am the Evernight Remote Access Blocking Program.

You are seeing this error because I cannot verify the host you are accessing from. This may be due to any firewall software you or the network you are accessing from are running. Please read Admin News of Tempers Ball to learn how to configure your router/firewall for this website. If that does not work, then please email your username to ....."

To get around this message you need to configure your router or firewall so that http://www.evernight.com (or the current IP address) are added in as a 'Trusted Site'. If you are unable to resolve this error through configuring your router/firewall, please contact us, and let us know your username so we can add you to the exclusion list.

Returning Players and Old Accounts

Many players are returning to find that they cannot remember their details for the game or TB alts. As the email address registered is (in most cases) long out of date, players tend to create a new account.

If you would like access to you old Account/Alts to regain your old identity please let us know. We'll ask you a couple of questions to establish that you are you, and you can have your old identitiy back instead of a new one
